Sawasawa Organic Farm Return Policy

At Sawasawa Organic Farm, we’re committed to your satisfaction. We take pride in delivering fresh, organic, and sustainably produced goods from our farm in Las Cruces, New Mexico. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items arrived damaged, spoiled, or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • For non-perishable items (e.g., compost, honey, merchandise), products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for perishable products.
  • For non-perishables, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Email us at hello@sawasawaorganic.farm or call us at +1 616 566 3803.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

4. Refunds and Replacements

If your return is approved:

  • You may receive a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to process.

5. Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
  • For other approved returns (e.g., unwanted non-perishable items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or improperly stored perishable items.
  • Issues reported after the return window.
  • Items sold as “final sale.”
