At Sawasawa Organic Farm, your satisfaction is our commitment. We take pride in offering high-quality, organic, and sustainably produced goods. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent resolution.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Goods: If your product arrives damaged or spoiled.
  • Incorrect Items: If the item delivered does not match your order.
  • Non-Perishable Products: If returned in unopened, unused, and original condition.

Refunds for perishable goods are only issued in cases of damage, spoilage, or incorrect delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at hello@sawasawaorganic.farm or call +1 616 566 3803 within 48 hours of delivery for perishable goods, or within 14 days for non-perishables.
  • Include your order number, reason for refund, and supporting photos if applicable.

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we review and approve your request:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Perishable goods that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.
  • Return requests made after the applicable window.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
