Organic Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Nuts
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup organic mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons organic walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon organic honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey or agave syrup (if using) and cinnamon.
- Layer the yogurt mixture in a glass or bowl, starting with a layer of yogurt, followed by berries, chia seeds, and walnuts.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Top with a sprinkle of walnuts and a few extra berries for garnish.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a chilled parfait.
