Organic Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup organic mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons organic walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey or agave syrup (if using) and cinnamon.
  2. Layer the yogurt mixture in a glass or bowl, starting with a layer of yogurt, followed by berries, chia seeds, and walnuts.
  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of walnuts and a few extra berries for garnish.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a chilled parfait.
